1. No Refunds
All purchases of JumpWag Pro subscriptions, monthly or annual, are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that payments are non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused time, unused credits, or periods when you do not use the services.
Canceling your subscription stops future charges but does not provide a refund for the current billing period.
2. Cancellations
You can cancel your JumpWag Pro subscription at any time from your account settings or through the subscription management flow available in the app.
When you cancel, you keep access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after the current period ends.
Your account may convert to a free plan after your billing period ends, and Pro-only features may no longer be available.
3. Billing Errors and Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us at support@jumpwag.com within 7 days of the charge.
Please include your account email address, a description of the billing issue, and transaction details such as date and amount.
We may issue refunds at our discretion for technical errors, duplicate charges, charges after a completed cancellation, or unauthorized charges.
4. EU/UK Consumer Rights
If you live in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with a mandatory cooling-off period, you may have the right to cancel your initial subscription purchase within 14 days and receive a refund.
To exercise this right, contact us at support@jumpwag.com within 14 days of purchase and include your account email address.
This right applies only where required by law and may not apply to subscription renewals.
